What we cover, and for how long.

Hardware

Blum and Salice hinges, drawer slides, and lifters carry manufacturer lifetime warranties against defect. Pannello will service or replace any failed hardware for the life of the project at no charge.

Finishes

Matte lacquer, Fenix NTM, wood veneer, and laminate finishes carry manufacturer warranties of five to ten years against manufacturing defect. Daily wear, exposure damage, and post-install modification are not covered.

Installation

Pannello installation work is warranted for one year against defects in workmanship — including alignment, mounting, and finish-touch issues identified within the warranty period. We will return and resolve at no charge.

Lifetime adjustment

Pannello provides lifetime hardware adjustment service. If a door drifts out of alignment or a drawer slide loosens, we will adjust it on a service visit at no charge for the life of the project.
